The Spiders
Emily: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar
Emily is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for Spiderlily. She has a passion for all things art, and loves to mix mediums with visual experession and music (especially punk music). She loves wearing fun clothes and makeup on stage, and writing music that speaks to her experiences and important issues.
Matteo: Lead Guitar
Matteo is the Lead Guitarist for Spiderlily, originally from Bologna, Italy. Matteo has been playing the guitar since 2014 and originally started by playing along to old rock songs from the 1950s. His style is now a subtle mix of indie, alt, blues, and classic rock.
Julia: Bass
Julia is the Bassist for Spiderlily; she has played in bands around the twin cities for 6 years- meeting the other members in that time! She originally was temporarily filling in on bass, but got promoted to a full time member! "being a cunt and loud about it"
Linnea: Drums, Backing Vocals
Linnea is a drummer and backup vocalist from Madison, WI. She’s been playing for about 6 years, and loves experimenting different genres with her band mates. She loves expressing herself on stage through makeup, clothing, and hammering on the drums.
